• are available for all 3 days of the Camp (August 28-30, 2026)
program
Alongside joining the general Camp programme (panel discussions, screenings, workshops), hosq will contribute several activities around sound and animation.
Sound Scene Workshop by Andriesh Gandrabur
How does sound shape what we see? Starting with a single static shot of a room, participants explore how silence, ambient sounds, on-screen and off-screen audio, and sonic movement transform the atmosphere and narrative of a scene.

Together, they build a complete soundscape, turning a single image into a living story.
Composers’ Panel Discussion
A conversation with Armenian and international composers about collaborations in sound, music, and animation.
Field Recording Practice
Walking in small groups, participants explore the soundscape surrounding the Camp through deep listening and field recording, capturing natural ambiences and subtle sonic textures.

The recordings will later become a Creative Commons sample pack that can be reused in future animation films and creative projects.
why

Animation Camp is designed as a space for the professional community to exchange — with enough space outside the formal programme to meet, talk, and discover possible collaborators.

This is a chance to meet animation studios and independent animators, understand how the industry works, and potentially find collaborators and paid projects after the Camp.
