hosq is a creative institution and foundation in Armenia that runs laboratories and education programs, a public and professional network, and research and fellowship initiatives.
Working across practice-based research, new standards and guidelines, and long-term collaborations, hosq helps shape the country’s creative industries as a sustainable, innovative field for artists, communities, and partners.
hosq is a cross-sector creative industries hub in Armenia, operating through a cluster-based structure.

hosq brings together artists, designers, producers, technologists, educators, independent studios, institutions, and local communities into shared processes of research, making, and learning. Work at hosq begins with close engagement and conversation, followed by hypotheses tested through action, reflection, and iteration.

As both an institution and a foundation, hosq runs laboratories and education programs, public and professional networks, as well as research and fellowship initiatives. Through practice-based research, policy work, and the development of new standards and guidelines for the creative industries, hosq contributes to building a more resilient and future-oriented ecosystem in and from Armenia.

Structured as a cluster organisation, hosq initiates collaborations and connects local initiatives with international contexts, supporting the formation of long-term working relationships between people, institutions, and practices. hosq operates as a growing network across multiple venues and platforms in Armenia and beyond, cultivating a safe and interdependent environment for experimentation, shared learning, and new professional roles.
